By accessing the website stukk.co or purchasing any of our programs or resources, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, applicants, clients, and anyone interacting with STUKK’s services.

1. Services Provided

STUKK LLC offers personalized 1:1 Business English coaching programs designed specifically for women who want to improve confidence and communication in professional English contexts.

Services may include:

• Private online coaching sessions

• Customized learning materials and workbooks

• Asynchronous support (e.g. via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Viber)

• Digital downloads such as self-study handbooks and worksheets

2. Eligibility

By enrolling in a STUKK program, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You have a B1 level (intermediate) or higher in English

• You are applying for your own personal or professional development, not on behalf of someone else

We reserve the right to decline any application that is not aligned with our program scope or values.

3. Payment Terms

All coaching packages must be paid in full prior to the start of the program, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed in USD ($) and EUR (€) unless stated otherwise. Invoices are due immediately unless a specific deadline is given. Late or incomplete payments may result in paused or cancelled services. For refund terms, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

4. Coaching Process

Once your application is accepted and payment is received, the coaching process includes:

• Onboarding and scheduling your sessions

• Weekly private coaching (typically 2 sessions per week) A

• ccess to custom-built materials and feedback

• Direct support between sessions via your preferred messaging platform
  

STUKK LLC makes every effort to provide a high-quality experience, but your commitment and participation are essential to achieving your goals.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions on time

• Communicate clearly and respectfully

• Submit requested tasks or materials in a timely manner

• Use the materials and support provided for your personal learning only

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in loss of access or termination of services without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by STUKK LLC, including custom workbooks, handouts, frameworks, and coaching tools, are the intellectual property of STUKK LLC. By joining a program, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

STUKK LLC is not liable for:

• Missed opportunities, promotions, or outcomes related to English use

• Delays caused by client unavailability

• Technical issues beyond our control (e.g. Zoom outages)

Coaching results vary depending on client participation, mindset, and goals. While we support your transformation, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. promotions, interviews, fluency timelines).

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if the client:

• Repeatedly misses or cancels sessions

• Exhibits inappropriate or unethical conduct

• Violates these Terms or any related policies

Clients may also request to pause or cancel their program in writing (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details).

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or services implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
