Because our coaching programs are highly personalized and delivered in a 1:1 format, with significant preparation and scheduling involved, we maintain the following refund and cancellation terms to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Coaching Program Commitment
By enrolling in any STUKK coaching package (including the 1:1 Premium Program), you acknowledge that this is a time-based service with limited client slots. Your payment secures your spot and includes the preparation, customization, and scheduling of your sessions.
2. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of the program and limited availability, we do not offer refunds once payment has been processed. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. In such cases:
If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment and before the first session is scheduled, we may offer a partial refund (up to 80%), minus any transaction or administrative fees.
Once the first session has been scheduled or started, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
3. Session Rescheduling
We understand that life happens. You may reschedule a session if:
You provide at least 24 hours notice via email or messaging app (WhatsApp, Viber, or Telegram)
You reschedule the session within the same week, subject to availability
Missed sessions or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) cannot be rescheduled or refunded, except in cases of documented emergencies and at STUKK’s discretion.
4. Program Pause or Deferral
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. illness, relocation, major life events), you may request to pause your program for up to 4 weeks. Requests must be submitted in writing, and approval is granted at our discretion. Paused programs must be resumed within 8 weeks or they will be considered completed, with no refund for unused sessions.
5. Termination by STUKK
We reserve the right to terminate the program if a client:
Repeatedly misses sessions without notice Displays inappropriate, disrespectful, or unethical behavior
Violates the agreed terms of communication or payment
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and access to materials and communication channels will be revoked.
6. Digital Resources and Downloads
Digital products (e.g. handbooks, self-study worksheets) are nonrefundable once downloaded or delivered, unless a technical issue prevents access. Please contact us immediately at hello@stukk.business.com if you experience any issues with file access.
